Supporting Catalina State Park in Tucson, Arizona
Thank you for visiting us online. The pictures above were all taken at Catalina State Park by some of the many people who love the park. On our website you will also find contact information, news about what we’ve been doing and information about the Adopt-a-Saguaro program. You can also support Catalina State Park by buying a brick, buying a bench, or by participating in the art wall, phase 2 that we plan to erect at the trailhead. (Look for further information in March). Before you leave our site, we hope you will Become a Friend. By becoming a Friend, you help support, preserve, and protect our beautiful and precious Catalina State Park.
Please Note: While the park remains open, all park-sponsored events, such as those described below, have been suspended until state park officials determine that the Covid-19 pandemic is sufficiently under control to permit resumption of these activities.
Music in the Mountains
Concerts are held on the first Saturday of the month – and sometimes on the third Saturday of the month as well!
Come out and enjoy an evening of music at the trailhead with standard park admission.
Bring a chair, and your own food and water to enjoy these concerts that are supported by FOCSP!
Please note: Concerts will be cancelled during severe weather.

Note: Tucson Audubon Society (TAS) is now sponsoring a bird walk each Wednesday. Reservations are required and one must contact TAS for reservations. Do not contact Catalina State Park for this activity. As noted above, all park sponsored activities are suspended.
